Refunds, less a $50 processing fee, are available upon written request to [email protected] through October 2. Refunds may take up to ten days to process. The Society is unable to accommodate refunds after October 2, including for no-shows. Registration for the Annual Meeting is non-transferable. For travel ban or budget-related cancellations on or after October 3, funds will be applied to future attendance at the 2027 Annual Meeting. We encourage individuals to secure their own travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances that may prevent attendance.
