Refund policy
Refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be given to those who submit a written request to [email protected] no later than October 10, 2025. Refunds may take as many as ten days to process. Refunds will not be given after that date or for no-shows. Registration to the Annual Meeting is non-transferable. For travel ban or budget-related cancellations on or after October 11, 2025 funds will be applied to attendance at the 2026 Annual Meeting.
